Providence Friends Meeting is an active spiritual community that is diverse, welcoming and inclusive. meeting for worship is at the center of the life of our community. We are transparent and open in our organization and activities. Our faith leads us to engage in social justice and peace issues and take an active interest in each other’s lives. We seek humbly to deepen and enrich our spirituality, and discover and nurture the Light that is in every person.

Meeting for worship is held at 11:00 a.m. every First Day (Sunday). Meeting for business is held at 9:00 a.m. on the first First Day of each month except in July and August. All are welcome to attend. First Day Schedule is as follows: 11:00 a.m Children and adults begin meeting for worship together 11:20 a.m Children and teachers rise to go to First Day School classes. 12:15 p.m. Teachers deliver children back to their parents in the meeting room 12:30 p.m. Social hour and, periodically, singing Learn more about our First Day School program for children, teens and adults, along with child care for children under five here.
